In business law, ACTA notaries draft the documents required to create a Ltd limited company (Société anonyme, SA) or a LLC limited liability company (société à reponsabilité limitée (Sàrl) and then enter it in the commercial register.

The notary also intervenes in other operations that require a notarial document, for example the merger of companies, the transformation, the division and transfer of assets, the transfer of headquarter, the capital increase or decrease, or the liquidation.
